Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow up to 5 days to process your order. Expect an email when your order ships to let you know your order is on the way. 

ORDER PICKUP:

Local orders may be picked up daily, by appointment or arrangement. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund or replace any quality issue that is reported. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at beauty@lyubovshop.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.
